I made it to Charlottetown today. Barely. Just barely. I almost opted to stay at home and write my tests in Slemon Park. For some reason tho, I jumped into the shower and was dressed before I even realized what I was doing :P

Anyway, now that I'm up, I ought to make the best of it. I wrote the digestive system yesterday, and I'm pretty sure I kicked some serious butt on it. Yay me! I needed a little confidence boost to help me finish this course. Today, it would be nice to finish everything off. Since there is testing this afternoon HERE, it means I won't have to walk in the rain to the library... yipppppppppppee! lol. Sad what can make me happy these days. Not that I don't like walking in the rain. I do. I love the rain. Just not when I'm trying to carry all of my books and hope that the rain doesn't soak through and ruin all of the work I just finished :P

Quick recap. All that's left is 4 anat, and 3 tapes. One would think I could do that fairly quickly. I'm just so sick of studying them -- I don't want to look at any of them for ONE more day!

I'm not coming down to Charlottetown at LEAST on Friday. There's just no possible way that I will be able to. Tonight, I got out of going up west to pick up the guys as mom is going up this morning to drop off my grandmother, so she will just pick them up on her way home at 4. So they will get there about 5, and hopefully, I will get there around 5:30. Gives me time to change, and maybe we will even have time to grab a bite to eat before the show starts at 7. Maybe.

Then, up west tonight after the show. I'm kinda hoping it doesn't run much later than 9, but I can't imagine that it would. Then, back to Chtown for a while tomorrow -- I may take my own car as I *might* not be able to get up at 5:30 a.m. But gosh only knows. I hate to spend the gas money, when I have a free drive with Dad. Gosh, I am cheap. But who cares. Someday I will have enough money not to worry about it, but as for right now, I do not. After class tomorrow, it's back to O'leary for 7:30 to Mike and Nikki's. They're doing this thing and I don't know how long it will be... I imagine we won't leave there until fairly late. *sigh*

The porcupine that has been plaguing the back of my throat for the last 3 days has finally left, only to be replaced with a half blown up balloon that I can't decide if my throat is going to close over and I am no longer going to be able to breathe again in the next ten minutes, or if I am about to throw up any second. Either way, I don't feel so great. I imagine this is what anaphylactic shock starts out like.

I have so much work to get done today, but with the way I am feeling and the lack of sleep from the last couple of nights, I don't know what will happen. I wanted to write a couple tests today and tomorrow. I have to bring my car down tomorrow, so that I can get home in time to go west to pick up Matt and Trev for the magic show thing-y... Oh. I'll have to clean out my backseat... It's full of clothes... and school stuff... sigh. And then, Thursday is Mike and Nikki's thing-y. So I'll have to go up west for that too... I just wish I could stay in Summerside these days...

I'm gonna sign off... If I stop breathing and pass out here on the computer, someone please take me to the hospital...

Friday -- Me and Mindy went trolley-ing. Fun times. Went to Swiss Chalet for lunch and a drink, then Value Village to check out the Halloween costumes, and then, just for kicks, we went to the sex store :P it was an interesting day. Then we left class early and went to Old Navy. I LOVE Old Navy :P Then I went up west and spent the night at Matt's when I got home...

Saturday -- Up early and back to Summerside... spent a good chunk of the day sleeping... then leslie surprised everyone and landed home around supper so we went to see Flight Plan last night... Pretty decent movie... I enjoyed it anyway.

And now, ta-da, Sunday. I am just on my way up west. Gram is having a bday dinner for Ashley and Valerie, but I guess I'm not going... it's mostly the brothers and sisters going - none of the grandkids will really be there, or so I've been told. So, I'm gonna go to the farm for a little while... and then to Matt's for a bit.

So, no Eddie yesterday. Booooooooooo. Rumor has it that he is back at UPEI... lol... I foresee visiting there tres soon. However, I did still get to go for lunch with Amanda and Mark, so that was good. So jealous of Mark as he is going to Hawaii in March for his brother's wedding. I would LOVE to do that! Go for a visit there I mean, not get married there. I'm getting married on good ole PEI red soil!

Yesterday there was a water break at the Holland College Centre and Dad let Charlottetown at 1:30 since they evacuated the building. Unfortunately, he left me in Charlottetown. Fun stuff. So I got a drive to Albany, and he picked me up there around 4:30ish.

Then, I managed to fall asleep at 7:30. I don't think I will ever get to watch Survivor again! Lol, I fall asleep early every Thursday night it seems.

Jess had no school yesterday or today, and tonight we might go spend it with Gram since Trevor's away in Fredericton. We shall see.

OoO. And today we are taking the Charlottetown bus to Swiss Chalet... Yummy. As Mindy said... "We will no longer be trolley virgins" :P Lol. Should be an interesting time.

So, yesterday. Left Charlottetown at 2. Got home to Summerside about 3 -- just enough time to get into the bank to give them the papers so that I don't have to start paying back massive amounts of student loan anytime soon. Then. Home for supper, and not much later, I fell asleep. Lol. What a sad and utterly pathetic evening. I seem too be spending more time asleep than awake these days :P Today. I have my meeting with Pat about transcribing. I *finally* finished up everything for it and printed it off this morning. Yay me. Then I am going to try to finish up another tape this afternoon before I leave. Woo-hoo. Fun sh*t. Apparently Trevor is going to meet me in Charlottetown sometime today. Hopefully 2ish. That way we will get back in time for the 3:30 appt. Which should make for an interesting day. Ooo I get to take the bus for the first time today. I have to go pick up my car at Leslie's at some point. And then, Trolley again on Friday for lunch :P Woohoo. Oh yeah and Old Navy opens tomorrow :) So maybe Friday we will go check that out too who knows.

I just got here at 11 and I am leaving at 1:40... and I took almost an hour lunch :P aw well :)

I thought that I had my meeting this morning but I guess I got it mixed up or something because it isn't until TOMORROW at 10:30. So I literally *dragged* myself away from bed this morning to make sure that I got here for it. The sad part is that I hadn't planned on being here tomorrow because I promised Trev I would take him to his appts. Argh. So now I have to go home with Dad, and he is leaving at 2. The plan is to leave my car at Leslie's apt, if my wonderful sister will allow me to, and come back to Chtown tomorrow with Dad, and then leave for Summerside around 2... Since Slemon Park is open late tonight, I might go up there and write ONE test. Lol, that's it. I'm not going to try two at once again any time soon. Anywho, more later...

i finished most of my transcribing that is due for tuesday. Well, technically I finished it ALL. I only had to redo tape 1 and do side A of tape 2... well all i have left is the final copy of side B... so that's a good thing. I feel semi-productive today. Which is good, since I won't be here next Wednesday... or even later this afternoon :P I'm going to head out about 2 today... yay... and then, i plan on doing NOTHING tonight. Ah, sweet nothingness... and then tomorrow, I guess I am going up west at some point, I just haven't figured out at what point that will be :P

Holy wow, this has been a crazy long week... I am so glad today marks the end of it. I am in one of those moods where I am just itching to do something but I have no idea what exactly it is that I want to do :P I was going to go over across this weekend, but I think that that is getting put off for a couple more weeks :S

Fell asleep last night at 6:30!! Holy flip, I couldn't believe it... but now, I am feeling totally well rested for the weekend... I mean, how often do I really get 12 hours of sleep on a Thursday night :P Try NEVER lol. So yeah, I didn't get anything done last night, as I got home from school at 5:45, grabbed a bite to eat, went to lie down for a quick nap, and woke up this morning in my scrubs :P

So today. I am transcribing for a while. And then, I have to do timings, and maybe an official... my typing speed sucks lately... argh... I'm supposed to be at 75 wpm, but lately I can't even hit 70 with any accuracy. Sigh. And then, this afternoon, I think I am going to write another anatomy test... digestive system, I believe... (only 6 left!) blah blah blah... and then I'm getting the heck outta here!

OoO and Matt is *supposed* to come home tomorrow. I am crossing my fingers that he does :)

Boredom

Agh. I am so tres bored, it isn't funny. There is loads of stuff for me to do, but I am having trouble finding the energy to get ANYTHING done. Sigh. Yesterday, I went up to the farm. Trev came back to Summerside for the night, we went shopping, and checked out the tattoo he had drawn up -- I LOVE it, and then went to Dooley's for a bit. It was kind of nice to get to spend some time with him. Then, lucky-duck, he is still sleeping :P

Anyways, I am working on transcribing again. Fun fun. Must get back to that... it seems to be beckoning to me :P

Complete and Utter Failure

Argh. So I went to the library to write some of these g-d anatomy tests. So I study and get all ready to write the cardiovascular one but when I go up, I ask for the nervous system :S I sat down and actually started filling in some of it before I realized what the heck I was doing, and by then it was too late, I had to finish it. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARgh. So that one went well... er... not really. So now I'm all ready for the next one right? Bah. Er, Not. I totally flubbed it up. There was a diagram of a guy with a ton of squiggles (arteries and veins) 50 of them to be exact, and I had not a clue of ANY of them. AAAAAAAAAAAAAh. This so totally sucks. All I can hope for is that I did really well on the rest of it... besides... I only need an 80 average for all 10 of them and I did really well on the first 2 so...

Thanksgiving Weekend

Well, Happy Thanksgiving.

Friday night I spent up west... until 3 am when I got up to drive Matt to Summerside, and then he got picked up to go to Moncton to catch a plane to Ontario... He's visiting his grandparents with his mom and brother, and won't be home till very late next Saturday night...

Saturday: Mom and Dad and Jess went to Maine to pick up Gram Daisy. I didn't wake up till 1 in the afternoon... oopsie... Went to Misty's for a murder mystery... oOo spooky... lol it was a lot of fun... then got home around 11... les had a friend over so we all chatted for a while and I drove her home around 1ish...

Sunday: Did a whole lot of nothing. Studied some... Mom, Dad, and Jess came home late Sunday night.

Monday: Went up west. Spent some time at the farm... then went to the cottage... OoO found my cell phone... that's a great bonus actually :P Then studied. And studied some more. I will be so happy when I am done of all this!

So. The weekend in a nutshell.

Friday night. Drove up west after class around 6:30. Picked up Matt and Trevor and turned around and came back to Summerside so Trev could go to the tattoo place to get his tattoo designed. Went to see Les and Tyler for half hour or so. Came back to O'leary. Stayed at the cottage. FROZE. Now I know what a snowman feels like.

Saturday. Dropped Matt off at work at 2. Went to the farm. Left around 4 and went back to Summerside. Decided to come back up west, picked Matt up from work around 10, maybe, i can't really remember exactly. Then we stopped by Mike and Nikki's for an hour or so. Back to Matt's for the night as I refused to brave the low temperatures at the cottage again.

Sunday. Dropped Matt off at work for 10, came back to the cottage and SLEPT all day :P no kidding... Went to the farm around 8:30 and OoO watched Richie Rich with Gram, Mike, and Nikki. Then picked Matt up and spent the night at his place.

Monday. On a decided lack of sleep, i.e. falling asleep at 3 and waking up at 6, I drove back to Summerside in time to get to Chtown for class which is where I am as I speak.

Yowza, that was a lot of driving from Sside to O'leary. I'm really going to have to cut down or I will have zero dollars very quickly once AGAIN!

La de da. So now, I am studting. surprise surprise. but obviously am taking a quick break. Lol, anything to get away from it, actually :P
