I have to write this up before i forget. It was the happiest road block EVER lol. On my way to work (about 7:30ish) on the way to Charlottetown I kept running in to construction etc. And when I got to this specific one I was like whoa they're blocking off the road to move a house. It was just coming out of its driveway. So that was kinda neat in and of itself BUT the fact that the workers were just donning jeans made it even better. No pudgy construction guys there!!! LOL, I couldn't help smiling going by.. made my morning a little better.. hope someone else saw them too so your day will be a little brighter too!

So I got to come in to work for 8 today. Which is good. I'm done of Medical Records by 4 and then to Dr. Bergin's for an hour... And then *drumroll please*
LONG WEEKEND!! Lol, I am not coming back to Charlottetown until Tuesday at 1. I dunno about working at the Dairy, I would imagine I will be there for a couple of hours at some point, but still. Yippee!!! A whole weekend at the cottage.. and hopefully some time at the beach... i totally need it! AND maybe the fireworks Saturday night in Chtown... we shall see, we shall see. I wonder if anywhere else is having fireworks... i mean they wouldn't be as spectacular as chtown's but it wouldn't be so far a drive :P hmm... just a thought...

Allyson is turning 24!

So in honor of this auspicious day, there will be a get-together of sorts at her cottage near O'Leary. Since it is so far away and since it is such short notice, it quite understandable, although regretable, if you are unable to make it!

Here 's the deal. It's going to be on June 25, and it's a Sunday. Therefore it will be an afternoon thing, so everyone can make it home and be able to get up for work Monday! It's a semi-potluck so bring something yummy to share, although there will be hotdogs and hamburgers to BBQ there already.

So if you are interested, please let me know one way or another ASAP! The easiest way is to leave a comment saying YES I WILL BE THERE, and if there is enough interest, I will send out the directions to those people who think they can make it.

It's been a while since I've seen everyone and this would be the perfect time to get together... feel free to bring a friend..

mosquitoes

Stupid mosquitoes. Sigh. It's freakin warm in my bedroom so I leave the windown open at night... and the mosquitos think I am leaving them a buffet feast!! Lol... i really should get a new screen as the old one has a little tear in it - just big enugh for mosquitoes :P

So this week I am working 11:30-7:30... i don't mind it too much... its nice to get to sleep in a little.. although it's tough to see everyone leave -- one or two leave in intervals from 3-5, so i am all alone in the typing room from 5-7:30... which isn't so bad... i kinda like the quiet actually... next week it will prolly by 12:30 or 1 to 8 :( How I am going to fit Dr. Bergin's hours in I don't know just yet... I think I am going to go down over my lunch today and make some phone calls... that way I can at least get a half hour in today... I really don't want to have to go down on saturday this weekend... It's my birthday weekend! woohooo 24... kinda scary but nearly as bad as next year will be... the quarter century lol!

anyways im sure these posts will begin to be more frequent since i have this newfound morning time :P
