so the car is great again. yay! went to ch'town with it last night with amanda and matt called when i was on my way home to ask me to go west for the night... so i did. spent the last of my money... swear to you, it was down to change, to put gas in the car so i could get home this afternoon!!!

we went out to the cottage to drop off the car battery (dad is putting it in the old tempest tonight, if it runs matt's gonna take it sometime this week) and ended up staying for a couple of hours. patrick and cody dropped by for a few minutes... almost an hour actually...

so i have to work tomorrow instead of friday. yay. actually it kind of makes me happy. saturday is the o'leary parade... i haven't missed it in 20 years i don't think :D so of course, i will be there this year. mike and nikki's housewarming is saturday night but i don't think i'll be able to take it in... unless... well i suppose i could go up to the parade at 1... drop jess off at work in sside at 6... drive back up to o'leary and go to the housewarming... and then leave in time to pick jess up at 10. i think SOMEONE should be there from our family... sigh. the only problem with that it that it has to be me on account of everyone else is working... everything seems so complicated for some reason. dad is spending the next week at the cottage... which means i won't be spending any time there this week... and if so... very little.
